EuRec will be going on its well-deserved company holiday from December 22, 2022 and wishes all business partners happy holidays and a happy New Year. We are back on January 9, 2023.

Our new customer in Italy is on the right track and decided to purchase a EuRec packaging system in order to pack his waste in an efficient manner.

EuRec is currently on the road in southern Germany with a demonstration machine. This demonstration machine is a further development of the proven S series and is characterised by a 40 % higher throughput increase with the same energy consumption.

Last week EuRec hosted the customer National Organization for Military Production, Helwan Machinery and Equipment Company and the Egyptian dealer International Engineering Systems in Merkers.

In November last year, we already reported to you that we had assembled a EuRec Packaging System under difficult spatial conditions.

According to our decades of experience, we know that every customer has individual, specific requirements, challenges and wishes for their project and thus for our machines.

You will find EuRec at IFAT, the World’s Leading Trade Fair for Water, Sewage, Waste and Raw Materials Management from 30 May to 03 June 2022 in Munich.
We are pleased to share with you today that we are in the middle of assembling the EuRec S 16.10 E pre-shredder and the EuRec FS 2500 fine shredder in the north of Cairo.

Almost a year has passed since EuRec delivered two S 16.10 E shredders and two EuRec FS2500 fine shredders to the Egyptian Mediterranean region. Our machines do their job successfully. In the linked video, local experts have their say - but see for yourself.

For some time now, energy prices have been on a steady upward trend, which has been dramatically intensified once again by the reduction of CO2 emissions and by regional conflicts.

This electrically driven EuRec S 20.00 E shredder, which is over 18 years old, has been performing its daily service reliably since it was first installed.

Back in 2016, we were able to present our Shredder S 16.00 D to a German company within the scope of a machine demonstration.

The customer has been using an EuRec pre-shredder since 2013. Due to intensive use in the field of special waste processing, the customer decided to buy a new machine in the spring of 2020.

Due to the very tight space conditions at the intended plant location, it was not possible for us to simply transport the plant components to the installation site by truck and set them up there using conventional crane technology.
As promised, herewith the latest information on our ongoing project in the north of Cairo.

The demonstration and test shredding were carried out with a diesel-powered EuRec S 19 shredder, a compact machine.

DARE GmbH, based in Berlin, disposes of waste such as mixed construction waste, building rubble, asbestos and more as a demolition and container service provider.

The demo tour was prepared and accompanied by our Serbian partner. After detailed preliminary discussions and market analyses, all interested parties were very excited about the machine.

If you follow us on LinkedIn, you will have noticed that there is a great demand for our machines in China.

As we have already announced, today you will receive further information on our current project in Egypt, Mediterranean region.

Two new EuRec 2-shaft shredders type S 24, stationary, with separate drive unit and in special design, have been completed this month for export to China.

WELLE Environmental Group held its annual general meeting on February 4, 2021. Due to the restrictions of the Corona pandemic, the meeting was broadcast live for the first time.

The new Shredder S 19 was tested in materials such as green waste, old timber, and industrial waste.

EuRec is contracted to manufacture the next two shredders for the new project of a municipal solid waste treatment plant in the north of Cairo.

As already announced, today you receive new information about our current project in Egypt, Mediterranean region.

A EuRec 2-shaft slow-speed Shredder type S 19, mobile, with wheel axle, is available to interested parties for demonstrations and short-term rental.

Due to the Sars-CoV-2 ("Corona") pandemic, the year 2020 developed differently for EuRec than expected at the beginning of the year. Despite the difficult situation, EuRec has come through the current financial year comparatively well. Surprisingly, the recycling industry around the world was only slightly affected by the pandemic.

Although the economic development of Israel is somewhat hampered this year by the corona pandemic, the environmental sector remains a rapidly growing segment in the country.

There are different methods and solutions for treating unsorted and mixed waste. Below we show an example of a plant in North Africa, where the new municipal waste management system has been implemented, and the waste treatment plant has been set up accordingly.

A EuRec Shredder type S 24, electrically driven, mounted on hook lift frame with rollers for mobile use, was delivered to Spain.

A EuRec Shredder type S 24, the second largest low-speed shredder of our delivery program, was delivered to Italy in a special stationary version.

A EuRec 2-Shaft Shredder type S 16, the best-selling and most popular slow-speed shredder in our delivery program, will shred the screen overflow from mixed construction waste to a material size of less than about 300 mm in China.

Two new EuRec shredders type S 16, each with 2 x 110 kW motors, will be installed as pre-shredders in a new waste treatment plant in the north of Egypt.

After the successful test run, the used EuRec Packaging Line, consisting of EuRec Feeding and Dosing Bunker ADS-1 and EuRec Packaging System RBS-2, was rented for one month.

The Corona virus demands a lot from all humans. Socially disadvantaged people and large families are particularly affected because often there is not even enough money for necessary and prescribed protective equipment.

RHD RecyclingHof Duisburg GmbH, as a container service provider, disposes of waste such as building rubble, mixed construction waste, wood, soil, gypsum, garden and park waste at several locations in the Ruhr area.

After first reports of a new type of virus and with increasing prevalence of diseases, it was clear to the world community and to us that cuts in our daily lives are urgently needed. Personally, in a family environment and as a company, we experienced a radical change on an unimagined scale. EuRec has responded to this in the past few months with many different measures.

The Horgen waste recycling plant, which was commissioned in 1967, was designed for 60,000 tonnes of waste per year. At that time, the system was implemented in 2 lines. From 2015, one line was taken out of operation due to reduced waste volumes.
